WHAT WE DO

Based in San Jose, tinting the buildings you drive past everyday.

01

Downtown and high-rise glass.

High-rise work runs on coordination. We work with property management on building access, freight elevators, and after-hours windows, then install floor by floor so tenants keep working. Film on downtown glass cuts afternoon glare off the SoFA and Diridon side of the building, drops the cooling load on south and west faces, and blocks UV that fades carpet and furniture.

02

North San Jose and the airport corridor.

Large office parks around Rincon, Zanker Road, Brokaw Road, and Airport Boulevard have long runs of identical glass. We spec one film across every building, which keeps the exterior consistent and keeps tenants from tinting their own windows in mismatched shades. Open floor plans get glare relief at the workstation, and your facilities team gets one warranty to track.

03

Retail and neighborhood commercial.

Santana Row, Winchester Boulevard, Lincoln Avenue in Willow Glen, Evergreen, and Berryessa are full of storefronts and restaurants fighting afternoon sun. Film protects displays, cools the room, and adds privacy without changing the storefront. Security film goes on ground-floor glass in the same visit when you want it.
